The switches are designed for operation in circuits automation of mining conveyors, surface and overhead roads, as well as in all control systems and alarm systems with intrinsically safe circuits of the Ia level (Ia).

The switches have five performances: VDS-1, WDS-2, VDS-3, VDS-4, VDS-5

NOTE :

1. At the request of the CUSTOMER is possible as there is an additional contact definition room sensor, which shows the place positives (position sensor) such as a picket on the Inclined cable car roads.

2. SCOPE of application :

2.1. VDS-1 . Designed for emergency stop of cargo pipelines of anywhere along the conveyor path with fixation or without fixation of disabled state, and local blocking of start of the conveyor ;

·Distance between circuit-breakers up to 120 meters ;

2.2. VDS-2 . Designed for emergency stop of cargo-passenger or a cargo conveyor along the conveyor track from anywhere ,including the passenger on the tape conveyor, latching disabled state, and local blocking of start of the conveyor.

·Switch used in conjunction with a traction device with a length of up to 300 meters.

2.3. VDS-3 . Designed for emergency stop of the conveyor when the gathering tape in the direction

2.4.VDS-4 . Designed for emergency stop of the conveyor , with the function or without fixing otklucennouu, in case of unauthorized opening fences, triggers, catches the tape,transport the person to the point where the cargo-passenger conveyor

Can be used as limit switch for controlling the position or registration of movable mechanisms.

2.5.WDS-5. Designed for emergency stop of the conveyor or other the mechanism for blockage of ostapenya transport stream or in excess permissible level of material in the hopper ;
