Company "f-technology" offers a roll forming machine that allows the bending of profiles of large dimensions. Thanks to its metal housing made of steel ST-52, these machines are robust and high strength. Due to the increased diameter of the roll, minimalnoe flexion provides less deformation. Due to the large size of the bearings is achieved with a high bending moment, and extends equipment life. Hydraulic motor power enables more flexible without much effort, but practical and versatile rolls make it possible to work with different profile.
Machines have three spinning of the roll. On the one hand, it allows to make the bending process more efficient. On the other hand this minimizes slippage of the material during operation.
The two lower roll driven via hydraulic motor and move independently from each other. Thus, in comparison with machines that are driven with the upper roll, these machines increase efficiency and provide the ability to pre-bending on both edges. Side supports can be moved in three directions to reduce strain and facilitate the process of work, in particular in respect of angles and spirals.
