Rolls 4-wheel Akyapak (Turkey) series AHS.
Akyapak manufactures 4 roller hydraulic bending machines capable to bend metal sheets with thickness from 2mm to 200mm and width from 1000 mm to 12000 mm. Case isotable steel metal construction (St-52). Shafts, materials and bearings used in production meet European standard quality.

In addition, the limit value of torque is very high. Graphics system control NC and CNC are set to order.
In addition to the high level of reliability, AHS enhances the performance of production processes due to the high speed rolling of leaves; and the ease of performing the most complex of bends due to the ease of use of the machine.

Since the metal sheet is clamped between the shafts - it prevents slipping of the metal and its displacement in the bending process. Thus, operations become more accurate and repeatable.

In a 4-wheel machine models, one of the shafts may serve as a back stop against which a work sheet is aligned in the direction of input.

4-rolling machine, you can generate a full cylinder in one rolling due to the fact that the material is clamped the lower roll during the procedure of predposilki and flexible.

AHS allows us to achieve an accurate fixation of the sheet between the upper and lower shaft, thus reducing the length of the smooth section of the shell.
