Distilling is the process of boiling water to steam by various methods. The most common method of making distilled water is through a distiller. In distilled water, the water is converted to steam, by which the minerals and other micro-organisms gets separated from the water. Bacteria and virus, which are present in ordinary tap water in large amounts, are killed, thereby providing pure water for consumption.
Distilled water can regulate and control the amount of minerals in your body. Excess minerals in the body are removed by distilled water and transmitted to kidneys for flushing out.
