Output - 2-5 thousand units. Per day, 150-200 thousands units. monthly. Materials: aluminium, brass, steel, etc. Also offer stamping. General stamped parts are: shim, back clips, brackets, H-corners, etc. PROCESS CIRCLES : 1. blanking – platen die cutter, outline stamping 2. countersink (platen holes) 3. tapping 5. bending 6. polishing Various finishing techniques - Die cast parts can be easily plated or finished with a minimum of surface preparation. Covering with powder coating (as well as oxydation, galvanizing, chroming). Each stage needs its production tooling. Cast of tooling depends on complexity of the production.
