Mariupol plant of hydraulic and electrical equipment

The Mariupol plant of hydraulic and electrical equipment is located in northern part of city of Mariupol, Donetsk region, Ukraine.
Total area of occupied territory - 4,8 hectares.

The enterprise is supplied with a big amount of a different machinery equipment (see the Appendix). The factory is engaged in a hydraulic and electrical equipment major overhaul, machining and manufacturing of a wide spectrum of spare parts for the metallurgical and mining equipment. There are systems of a power supply and the communications necessary for maintenance of manufacturing process.
There is a project of reconstruction and capital construction of new industrial sheds, households and office buildings on not occupied territory with a total area of nearly 40 thousand sq.m., and also the project of input of a railroad line on the enterprise territory is exist.
In 40 km from the city of Mariupol there is a recreation center on the seashore of Azov sea.
The present economic situation does not allow to use available machinery equipment capacities in full as the nomenclature list of manufactured and repaired equipment does not meet the economic situation requirements in the consumption field.
Therefore the decision about manufacture diversification and expansion of the manufactured products nomenclature on the internal and the external markets both was accepted.
We are interested in attraction of domestic and foreign partners and investors, which are ready to take part in new manufactures creation in any fields of industrial and consumer goods production by means of rent, leasing, creation of joint ventures (including purchases of joint-stock company shares).
In the city of Mariupol a lot of large enterprises are situated – such as two large metallurgical plants – «Ilyich » and "Azovstal", a machine-building factory and sea trading port on Azov sea, which allows to supply the production process by the metal which is manufactured by these metallurgical plants, and to make the production shipment through the trading port.
