We are producer of different kinds of metal casting – both ferrous and non-ferrous, and you can find various casting method from us, specially outlining High Pressure Die Casting, as most efficient and specific for us. Output - 2-5 thousand units. Per day, 150-200 thousands units. monthly.
Materials: aluminium, brass, steel, etc.
Also offer stamping. General stamped parts are: shim, back clips, brackets, H-corners, etc.
PROCESS CIRCLES :
1. blanking – platen die cutter, outline stamping
2. countersink (platen holes)
3. tapping
5. bending
6. polishing
Various finishing techniques - Die cast parts can be easily plated or finished with a minimum of surface preparation. Covering with powder coating (as well as oxydation, galvanizing, chroming).
Each stage needs its production tooling.
Cast of tooling depends on complexity of the production.
Recommended volume of order – more than 5 thousand pieces per month.
